The staff at Antoinette Hotel Wimbledon were incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially for those with physical handicaps. They called ahead to inform me that the lift was too small for my wheelchair, but assured me that it could be left with reception. They even reserved a car parking space for me, as there were more rooms than spaces. Additionally, they provided advice on dining options, informing me that the affiliated restaurant was closed on Mondays but that I could order food from the bar or get a take away. They also provided useful information on nearby restaurants and local attractions. their thoughtful and considerate service made my stay much more comfortable.
